THE ROLE
As a Technical Recruiter, you will help identify, screen, and engage candidates for active searches. You will build talent pipelines, evaluate candidate fit, coordinate outreach, and help teams understand which people are worth moving forward.
This is a remote, flexible role for candidates who are organized, persuasive, people-oriented, and comfortable balancing judgment, speed, and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON
- Source candidates across professional networks, job boards, databases, and referral channels.
- Screen candidate backgrounds, resumes, motivations, and role fit.
- Build shortlists, pipeline trackers, interview notes, and recruiting summaries.
- Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and candidate handoffs.
