Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA CCCs and/or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based therapy and pediatric speech-language services preferred
- Healthcare SLP experience considered an asset
- Mandarin proficiency a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
