Winters Recreation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Technician to join our growing team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure that every golf cart leaving our facility reflects our commitment to quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

As a Finishing Technician, you'll complete the final stages of assembly on new and custom golf carts-preparing them for our showroom or for delivery to our customers. Many of our carts are custom, requiring a variety of accessory installations to meet individual customer preferences. These may include lift kits, light kits, enclosures, custom wheels, Bluetooth speakers, and more.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work both independently and collaboratively to complete projects on time and within budget. Attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Final assembly and finishing work on standard and custom golf carts
• Installation of accessories and modifications per customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure all finished units meet quality standards before delivery
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet production goals

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19 to $23 per hour, depending upon experience.

Flexible Shift Options Available! We're currently offering multiple scheduling options to fit your lifestyle:

• Full-time (4/10 schedule):
  • Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday-Thursday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Part-time:
  • Flexible scheduling available based on your availability
  • Monday - Friday
• Every 4th Saturday rotations 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
