WB Industries is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. This role supports a wide range of fabrication and machining projects, where quality, consistency, and efficiency are essential.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial coatings, surface preparation, and spray equipment, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for prepping, priming, and painting metal parts and large fabrications while meeting production schedules and maintaining a high standard of finish.
We're looking for someone who understands shop safety, follows established processes, and takes pride in delivering professional results every time. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are important.
