Meyer is a growing, family-owned and operated company where you are more than an employee number, you’re family! The Fleet Assistant is responsible for supporting the Fleet Administrator in all aspects of fleet management including purchasing parts, keeping and maintaining parts inventory, sending parts and supplies out to outside locations and making sure all equipment services and DOTs are kept current for maximum uptime.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing our truck fleet, including purchasing parts and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate shipping of parts and supplies to locations nationwide
- Ensure all equipment services and DOT compliance are up to date
- Serve as backup to the Fleet Administrator when needed
- Help maximize uptime through proactive fleet support
- All other duties assigned.
Schedule & Pay:
- Starting at $40,000.00 annually (based on years of experience)
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What We’re Looking For:
- Fleet management experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines
