PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Program Creation and Innovation: Lead the charge to research, plan, and build new, market-relevant program courses and certificates from the ground up. You will own the full lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring academic integrity and alignment with rapidly changing industry needs.

Impact on Outcomes: Take full accountability for your program's performance. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and turning the dials on key metrics like exam pass rates, enrollment targets, and profitability (in collaboration with CE staff) to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Managing Instructional Talent: Lead the recruitment effort for instructors—reviewing, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations. You will then supervise, coach, and evaluate their performance, providing constructive feedback and hands-on mentorship to elevate teaching quality and student experience.

Serving as the Program Leader: Be the initial point of contact for instructors, students, and College staff. You will take charge of resolving student issues, providing comprehensive advisement, and escalating concerns to the Associate Director when necessary.

Operations: You will manage logistical and administrative details—from accurate scheduling and instructor assignments (with the Registrar) to maintaining clean records and managing enrollment/staffing in the system database.
INSTRUCTOR

Instructional Delivery: Deliver high-quality instruction in both in-person classroom and virtual formats, actively developing and updating curricula to achieve course objectives.

Recruitment and Growth: Actively recruit students to the program, developing and implementing recruitment plans and creating engaging marketing materials (brochures, social media) to maximize program reach and drive revenue growth.

Compliance and Administration: Be able to independently navigate the College's various digital platforms for high-accuracy instructor, course, enrollment, and payroll management. Timely completion of all compliance trainings and participation in College meetings is required.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching adult learners.

Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in program coordination, academic administration, or a related leadership role.

Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or course management.

Experience in supervising, mentoring, or evaluating instructional staff.

Compensation: Instructional time is paid $44.31 per hour. Additional compensation for coordination is available as a profit share. It can typically range from $1,500-$3,000+ per semester, depending on program size. All compensation is paid as a W2 employee at a part-time hourly rate.
