Pay
- $46–$75 per visit/hour (depending on location, experience, and employment type)
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Full-time and part-time schedules
- Caseloads available across Arizona
About the Role
As a COTA, you'll partner with supervising Occupational Therapists to provide skilled treatment in children's homes. Every day is different as you help patients improve their functional abilities through engaging, individualized therapy sessions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Complete timely electronic documentation for each visit
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate parents and caregivers on home activities that support treatment goals
- Build positive relationships with families while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Pediatric therapy experience
- Home health experience
