As the Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC), you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Obtain and maintain mediator certification.
  • Conduct intake, screening, and case management for dispute resolution cases.
  • Ensure mediators receive necessary paperwork and instructions before mediation sessions.
  • Collect all case documentation at the conclusion of mediation, conciliation, arbitration, or other case resolutions.
  • Keep the DRC Program Director informed of challenges, opportunities, and relevant program updates.
  • Assist in observing and mentoring mediator candidates, supporting them through the observation and apprenticeship process.
  • Act as a backup for other DRC Coordinators during absences.
  • Assist with case coordination from other program service areas as needed.

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Maximum Salary: $22.00

Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Schedule:

  • Monday - Wednesday, Friday; 8:30-4
  • Thursday; 8:30-6:30
  • Occasional work on a Saturday/Sunday
  • NO On-Call shifts

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Less than 1 year's worth of experience working with a diverse population
  • Valid driver's license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
