Step onto the job site and into a career path that powers the transition to electric mobility. As part of our field installation team, you’ll turn engineered plans into operating EV charging systems while learning from seasoned electricians and site supervisors. This role begins on a project basis with a pathway to a permanent position for strong performers.

Your day-to-day

  • Bridge communication between field crews and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Study and translate blueprints, load calculations, and single-line diagrams; annotate maps with conduit routes and equipment locations.
  • Install 3-phase distribution equipment, size conductors, and perform voltage drop calculations aligned with NEC and OSHA requirements.
  • Take direction from site supervision and deliver quality work with efficiency.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and secure EMT, PVC, rigid, and other conduit types.
  • Tackle underground tasks (trenching; placing conduit, pull boxes, and vaults) and overhead scope (cable tray, wire pulls, equipment mounting).
  • Pull, route, and terminate conductors into panels, breakers, disconnects, and EVSE.
  • Run basic testing and assist with troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Own safety: identify hazards, follow safe work practices, and uphold a clean jobsite.
  • Show up ready—on time, with tools and a positive attitude—and log time daily via mobile app.
  • Support your teammates and keep leveling up your EV skill set.

What you’ll bring

  • Proficiency with load calculations and SLDs; ability to perform load studies and site-readiness surveys.
