Responsabilities
As a Contract Therapist with “The Reset Space,” you treat our patients and see them as esteemed individuals. This position carries out our company values of personal development, striving for life fulfillment through mental health, and drive. You will serve as the only clinician to your own patients and representative of our company. This position delivers excellent customer service and, most importantly, thorough and informative care. The Contract Therapist is responsible for the treatment and care of patients. These duties and responsibilities include:
· Providing 60-minute sessions of psychotherapy per patient and creating the progress note for it
· Creating treatment plans
· Creating mental status assessments
· Rescheduling of your patients
· Occasional development of patient letters requested
Requirements
The Contract Therapist must be willing to agree to the following considerations and have the following requirements:
· A master’s degree
· Be a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas whom is in good standing with the board, able to be networked by insurances, and able to provide his/her own professional malpractice insurance.
· Be available to see a minimum of 10 patients per week
· Be open to working with issues of depression, anxiety, relational issues, grief, trauma, and life transitions
· Have patience with the wait time of networking with different insurance panels
· Have a self driven, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and contribute to patients’ mental health journey and the continual thriving of “The Reset Space.”
Schedule:
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability
- Hybrid Flexibility
Experience:
- counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- full LPC (not LPC associate) in the state of Texas (Required)
Work Location: In person with flexibility of some Telehealth days.
