We're hiring for Licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Mental Health Therapists will provide high-quality professional counseling to individuals and families in order to improve their mental and emotional health. They may assist with addictions, substance misuse, family, parenting, stress management, and self-esteem. This individual is familiar with other community services and resources and will work with them as needed.
In this role you will:
- Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients and their families to support engagement and trust.
- Deliver therapy services through individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Ensure client services are provided with client-centered and family-centered healing approach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments by obtaining biopsychosocial histories, reviewing available records, collaborating with other professionals, and engaging family members or additional sources as appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, crisis plans, and other required screenings, including suicide risk assessments and prevention plans.
- Participate in organizational meetings, clinical supervision, and required trainings as directed by management.
- Modify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients status, and follow-up with clients to encourage active participation in treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support.
- Complete all supporting documentation needed by billing personnel and/or third-party payers.
- Completion of clinical notes within 24- 48 hrs of the session.
- Gather information about community mental health needs and resources that could be used in conjunction with therapy.
- Stay up to date on theaphy and HIPAA standards as well as federal and state regulations.
- Maintain an active unrestricted license.
Job Qualifications
- 2 or more years experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to a full range of individuals from youth through adulthood or working as a social worker
- Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency
- Superb organizational skills and ability to guide, direct, or influence people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with mentally or emotionally disabled persons and their families.
License/Certification:
- LICSW-C, LCSW, LGSW, LGPC or LCPC , LMFT (Required)
Salary Based On Experience

Schedule:
- Flexible, will have mandatory in-office workdays
- Some weekend
