We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team! CF highly encouraged. Supervisor on site & mentorship is available.

Full-time hours with a flexible schedule and no weekends or holidays required. Work-life balance is prioritized with reasonable case-load size.

Evidence-based practices are valued; CEU reimbursement offered.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech and language disorders
• Implement standardized tests and dynamic assessments for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
• Establish treatment goals and monitor progress with patients
• Document treatment plans and progress reports
• Update patient progress to relevant parties
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist/Clinical Fellow
• Previous experience in speech pathology or other related fields
• Strong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based techniques (ie: Gestalt Language Processing & motor speech approaches)
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
