Line Cook/Prep – Seasonal California Cuisine

About Us:
We are a busy, chef-driven kitchen specializing in seasonal California-fresh cuisine. Our menu highlights local produce and coastal flavors, and we take pride in delivering an elevated yet approachable dining experience.
Position:
We are looking for a Prep/Line Cook with at least 5 years of experience in a professional restaurant setting. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment—perfect for someone who loves working with fresh ingredients and is eager to learn. Attention to detail is a must.
Schedule & Hours:
- Thursday through Sunday
- Shifts start at either 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm (depending on the day) and run a full 8 hours
- 32 hours (plus) a week total
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years restaurant experience (prep and line)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Strong work ethic, team player, and willingness to learn
