Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to perform complex procedures utilizing DaVinci robotics.
• Leverage your knowledge in orthopedic and general surgery to improve patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient information using EPIC EMR.
• Ensure a sterile environment and comply with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Proficient in DaVinci robotics and general surgery.
• Experience in orthopedic procedures, including Total Joints.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR is required.
• Travel experience within the last 15 months is necessary.
• Possession of an active Iowa or compact/multi-state RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC).
• Scrub experience is advantageous.
