HarmonyCares&nbsp;is seeking skilled and compassionate&nbsp;Nurse Practitioners &amp; Physician Assistants&nbsp;to join our team in&nbsp;Virginia!
Position Highlights:
<ul>
<li>Provide coordinated primary care to seniors in their homes.</li>
<li>Manage a smaller patient panel (8-10 patients per day) for more personalized care.</li>
<li>Spend up to 45 minutes per visit, allowing for meaningful patient relationships.</li>
<li>Work with a supportive team, maintaining a balance of clinical autonomy and collaboration.</li>
<li>Be accompanied by a Medical Assistant, with transportation provided for patient visits.</li>
<li>Monday-Friday schedule No weekends!</li>

Position Requirements:
