Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
• Verify and record invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for audits and tax purposes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement within bookkeeping tasks and implement solutions.• Proven experience in bookkeeping and transactional accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
