Responsibilities:
• Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Conduct detailed inventory analysis to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and tracking.
• Monitor inventory tracking systems to ensure all data is precise and up to date.
• Maintain comprehensive vendor files, ensuring compliance and seamless communication.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to streamline procurement and delivery processes.
• Handle drop-shipments, ensuring accurate execution and on-time delivery.
• Organize export shipments, ensuring regulatory requirements and deadlines are met.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and tracking systems.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with coordinating shipments, including drop-shipments and export logistics.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and maintain detailed vendor records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to contract-based roles and meet project-specific goals.
