The Sales Representative - Exit role focuses on engaging with customers who have toured but declined an initial purchase, identifying their needs, and presenting alternative ownership solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a talent for overcoming objections, we want to hear from you.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Connect – Build rapport with vacation owners to understand their needs and
  • concerns.
  • Present Tailored Solutions – Offer customized vacation ownership options that align with customer preferences.
  • Turn Objections into Opportunities – Identify why a customer initially declined and confidently present alternative solutions.
  • Stay Informed and Ahead – Keep up with the latest inventory, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best options.
  • Refine Your Skills – Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to continuously sharpen your expertise.
  • Drive Sales Success – Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in timeshare, real estate, or high-ticket sales
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Strong mathematical skills for loan calculations and sales computations
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a daily per diem and earn commissions and bonuses.
