Schedule/Hours:
- 0700-1930 or 1900-0730 (12-hour shifts)
- 5 RNs, 3 ED Techs per shift
- No on-call requirements
- 24/7 weekend coverage (rotation expected)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in California
- Recent experience in Emergency Department settings (ER Nursing)
- Proficiency in Cerner FirstNet EMR is an advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Navy blue scrubs required (not provided)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to emergency patients
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess and manage patient needs efficiently
- Perform all required clinical duties, documentation, and bedside monitoring using the Cerner FirstNet system
- Adapt quickly to evolving clinical scenarios while maintaining exceptional standards of care
