Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders over the phone, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
