Lighting Sales Representative – Baltimore, MD

We’re seeking a Lighting Sales Representative with the drive to build business and the initiative to create opportunities in a competitive market. In this role, success comes from being proactive—expanding relationships, uncovering new prospects, and positioning our solutions where they’ll make the biggest impact.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field cultivating new business, engaging with contractors, distributors, and specifiers, and driving growth across the region. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Grow – Identify and develop new accounts while deepening partnerships with key distributors and agents.

  • Expand Market Presence – Position our solutions with decision-makers and influencers to drive competitive advantage.

  • Lead the Sales Process – Take ownership from initial outreach through follow-up and closing.

  • Develop Expertise – Build lighting and market knowledge that prepares you for future territory leadership.

  • Partner to Win – Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to support customer needs and secure business.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in field-based sales where initiative drives results.

  • Prior B2B sales or channel sales experience is a plus, but growth potential and drive are most important.
