Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in McEwen, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting human resources operations. As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of HR processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day human resources operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR workflows.
• Support and address employee relations concerns, fostering a positive and detail-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
• Provide guidance and support on HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to assist in decision-making and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on HR-related initiatives.• Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee data.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing HR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
