CH Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. CH Management is a private financial management company serving privately owned construction and consulting companies.
Role Focus:
· Provide ongoing administrative support to all functional groups· Assist with AP/AR entries into QuickBooks· Assist with employee document control, preparation of orientation materials and training packets· Digitization of files and documents· Preparation of month-end reports and statements· Serve as back-up support for the Front Desk· Ability to work overtime as needed Education/Background Requirements: · HS Diploma or GED· Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)· Exposure to or proficiency with Accounting applications such as QuickBooks· Proficiency with digital tools and ability to pick up new processes and software quickly· Ability to multi-task with accuracy and flexibility· Clean driving record and reliable transportation, may be required to deliver items to other office locations or to pick up office supplies/ general errands
Salary Range:
· $15 to $18/hr – depending upon experience
