Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction, quality of work, jobsite safety, and timely completion of exterior construction projects. Youll coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and scheduling, communicate with homeowners, and serve as the point person for all customer/production-related issues.

This is a field-focused role: daily site visits, moving crews, running materials, solving problems fast, and keeping the project on track.

What Youll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing/exterior projects from start to finish (timeline, budget, quality).

  • Partner with sales to confirm scope, materials, and customer expectations.

  • Monitor progress, identify issues early, and make adjustments to keep jobs moving.

  • Lead crews and subcontractorsset expectations, delegate, and keep performance high.

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to drive efficient execution.

  • Maintain inventory control and minimize waste.

  • Enforce quality standards through inspections and punch-list completion.

  • Resolve customer questions/concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Promote a strong safety culture: compliance, meetings, training, documentation.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a project management or administrative capacity

  • Roofing/siding/construction experience highly desired

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
