Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
Desired : experience working in medical clinic
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or reception role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.
