Job DescriptionDo you take pride in being the person that customers can rely on when they need clear answers and quick support? We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist who takes pride in delivering a positive experience and being a reliable point of contact for customers every day.

Work location: onsite in New Hope, Minnesota.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch.
Pay range: $18.17 to $19.95 per hour.
Assignment length: 6 months+

Your duties:
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers through phone and email communication
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide updates on orders and deliveries
• Enter and manage orders accurately using the company’s ERP system
• Prepare quotes for standard products and support customer requests efficiently
• Collaborate with teams across sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
• Keep customer records up to date and ensure all details are accurate
• Use call management systems to handle incoming requests and maintain responsiveness

Skills and qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
• High school diploma required
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Great attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay focused in a fast paced environment
• Strong ability to retain information quickly
• A team oriented mindset and willingness to learn
