Job DescriptionSales / Marketing AssociateThomasville, GA | $14.00 - $15.00 / hourA furniture and applicant rental company is looking for a Sales / Marketing Associate to join the team! This role blends hands-on customer service with creative marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and helping the brand grow both in-store and online.Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Build relationships and ensure every customer leaves with a smile
- Develop and execute creative marketing ideas(social media, in-store events, promotions)
- Track sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company
- Represent the business with professionalism and heart
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Excellet communication skills, be self motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Clean drug screen
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
