Job DescriptionPosition Title: HR AssistantReports To: Chief Human Resources OfficerGeneral Purpose:

Assist the HR Department by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Keeps records and performs data entry in the HRIS, employment logs, and performance reviews.
  • Perform frontline customer service including password resets and general Human Resource questions.
  • Performs updates to the intranet including but not limited to employee announcements, employee directory, and HR library requests.
  • Prepares and updates information for new hires, transfers, terminations, and promotions.
  • Assists with the payroll process.
  • Assists with the coordination of employee events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Manage the employee welcome, transfer, and exit process.
  • Acts as the administrative assistant for the members of the Human Resource team.
  • Perform scanning and filing duties related to the Synergy system.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Education/Experience

  • High School diploma required
