Job DescriptionPosition Title: HR AssistantReports To: Chief Human Resources OfficerGeneral Purpose:
Assist the HR Department by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Keeps records and performs data entry in the HRIS, employment logs, and performance reviews.
- Perform frontline customer service including password resets and general Human Resource questions.
- Performs updates to the intranet including but not limited to employee announcements, employee directory, and HR library requests.
- Prepares and updates information for new hires, transfers, terminations, and promotions.
- Assists with the payroll process.
- Assists with the coordination of employee events, meetings, and trainings.
- Manage the employee welcome, transfer, and exit process.
- Acts as the administrative assistant for the members of the Human Resource team.
- Perform scanning and filing duties related to the Synergy system.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Education/Experience
- High School diploma required

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work well in a group or independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
