We are a home health organization located in Anne Arundel County. In this role, you will see around 25 patients per week, and receive reimbursement for all mileage and associated travel.

Physical Therapist
- What is the schedule?
Monday - Friday is our current working schedule - Day shift - with flexibility for days/hours that you prefer to work.
- What are the age ranges of the patients?
All adult patients - mostly a Medicare census.
- What is the weekly census?
25 visits per week depending on schedule/ needs of the week.
Job Details
This is a full time role, but we can offer flexibility in the schedule. This home health position will have you seen an average of 25 patients per week.
We utilize PowerPath EMR - which fills out the majority of the charting with its advanced AI. Most of your work will include:
- Admissions
- OASIS Assessments
- Developing Care Plans
