Position Location: Tennessee Hybrid; remote home office with client visits throughout state of Tennessee.
Employment Status: Full-time direct hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Compensation: $90,000 - $150.000 BOE

Position Summary:A Therapy Clinical Director oversees a therapy practice's clinical operations, staff, quality of care, regulatory compliance, and financial health, often serving as a liaison between clinical and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and development, ensuring quality patient care, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and potentially providing direct patient care. The role combines administrative and clinical expertise, requiring strong leadership and business acumen alongside clinical knowledge and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight: Ensures high standards of patient care, monitors treatment plans, and may conduct direct therapy services.
- Staff Management: Recruits, trains, and supervises clinical and administrative staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides professional development.
- Business Operations: Manages daily operations, oversees billing and finance, reviews financial data, and participates in creating outreach and marketing strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the practice meets all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation policies.
- Quality Assurance: Implements and evaluates patient care programs, ensuring therapy procedures are effective and appropriate.
- Liaison: Serves as a point of contact for providers and other departments, connecting clinical and administrative functions.
