Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days/Nights)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a hospital-based assignment. This role requires providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment while managing a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to hospital safety, quality, and compliance standards

Schedule & Work Details:

• 3x12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotation)
• Typical shift times: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Shifts may vary based on facility needs
• Holiday requirement: Must work every other holiday

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Minimum 18 months of permanent (staff) experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (requied at submission)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA preferred)
