Salary Range: $42.00 - $57.50/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What We're Looking For
- In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing
- Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing
- Proficiency in medication and treatment administration
- In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines
- Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards
Leadership & Communication
- Proven track record of positive leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to partner effectively with team members
- Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports
Tech Savvy
- Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
