Now, we’re ready to take things to the next level and we’re looking for driven Sales and Business Development professionals who thrive in the world of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).


What you'll do:

  • Represent KeyBridge's services, using deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our customers, and relevant data demonstrating our success.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to connect with existing and potential customers, attending industry events, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably within revenue cycle management, healthcare BPO, or patient financial services.
  • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of hospital and physician group financial operations and decision-making structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 33% of the time across assigned regions.
