We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Pastry Chefto join our catering team. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef in preparation, production, and execution of desserts and related tasks. While ensuring consistency, creativity and quality.
Job Requirements:

- experience with scratch baking ~ pies, cakes desserts etc.
- cake decorating ~ sculpting, buttercream & fondant
- assurance of proper kitchen sanitation and safety
- fast, clean, organized, and reliable worker

- great attitude and communication
- availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- availability to work off site parties and a variety of stations
