Position Overview

As a Construction Project Superintendent,you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial, multifamily, and hospitality construction projects. You’ll work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through final delivery.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.

• Lead on-site project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
