Searching for a dynamic bench technician that can assist in warehouse operations. This is a growing branch looking for individuals who want to learn our business and grow with the company.

A good candidate will have a background in electronics and mechanical repair, as well as experience in a warehouse setting. You will oversee the repair, maintenance, and shipping of safety equipment for your local branch. If you love to tinker, fix engines, repair electronics, and radios, this could be a great position for you.

MIUST HAVE:

Relevant experience or an Associate Degree in Electronic Repair
Basic Shipping & Receiving experience
Order Tracking
Proficient Microsoft Office Applications
Understand basic computer hardware and networking
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Solid organizational skills

Essential functions and responsibilities:

Rental/Service duties

· Responsible for the deployment, repair, and service of rental and service equipment to customers

· Maintain, organize, and ensure correct stock

· Works within goal-driven deadlines to pull, prep, and ship orders

· Assists the customer with inquiries and provides updates

· Participates in monthly assigned cycle counts of rental and service items.

· Helps maintain quality control (QC) for all equipment

· Maintains a safe and organized facility and adheres to company policies and procedures

Bench repair duties:

Repair: Perform mechanical adjustments and electronic repairs, including precision soldering/desoldering of components.
Testing: Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and custom test fixtures to verify equipment performance against manufacturer specifications.

· Develop procedures to ensure proper functionality

· Perform repairs on equipment and instruments that fall outside of tolerance conditions

· Recommend Improvements on production, equipment performance, and quality

· Work with outside departments and supervisors to address needs and improvements
