Job Description

The primary responsibility will be assisting with project pallet builds, a process that supports accurate order fulfillment and warehouse organization. This work includes breaking down existing pallets, sorting and inspecting materials, and rebuilding pallets by consolidating items onto new pallets in the correct sequence. All tasks must follow the pick order information provided on their assigned handheld device, ensuring each pallet is assembled according to project requirements.

Team members will regularly use manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse. Training will be provided to ensure safe handling of all equipment. At this time, they are not authorized to operate forklifts, and should not attempt to use any powered industrial trucks unless future certification and approval are obtained.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in reading digital pick instructions, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
