This contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic mix of remote work and occasional onsite tasks, including event support. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports or presentations.
• Coordinate communication efforts, both internally and with clients, ensuring accuracy and effective communication.
• Assist with planning and executing events, including logistics and onsite support.
• Maintain organized records and data management systems using digital platforms.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and care.
• Support workflow automation initiatives and contribute to improving operational processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve challenges effectively.
• Assist during speaking engagements by providing logistical and administrative support.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools proficiently for various administrative tasks.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial or detail-oriented services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.
• Ability to support events and speaking engagements as needed.
