Media Production Fulfillment Specialist
100% On-Site (Livonia, MI)

Position Summary:The Media Production Fulfillment Specialist supports various media fulfillment tasks such as media digitization and migration, physical media packaging and fulfillment, inventory control tasks. This role is also responsible for various desktop tasks such as data entry, inventory control, and various other duties as assigned. Essential Functions:To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation and training, the below functions satisfactorily.

  1. Work collaboratively to maintain and troubleshoot audio, motion and still image equipment.
  2. Connecting, tuning and configuring AV setups to ensure high-quality media migration.
  3. Technical understanding of AV and migration systems, including scanning & digital capturing.
  4. Works closely with the Production Manager and other Production Specialists team members to provide project updates, gather metrics and resolve inquiries.
  5. Proficient in computer software.
  6. Documents and tracks metadata metrics.
  7. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  8. Able to work with metadata and summarize digital asset descriptions.
  9. Utilizes quality control to ensure project requirements are met.
  10. May cross-train or be cross-trained for various client projects.
  11. Other duties as assigned such ass inventorying, cataloging, and checking various information databases to ensure inventory metadata completeness.

  7. Confidentiality - Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  8. Ability to work both autonomously and on a team.

Physical demands:

  1. This position will require standard physical demands expected in an office environment; standing, sitting, typing, communication through verbal and written means and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  2. This position requires use of standard office equipment; computers, printers, telephones, fax machine, etc.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Preferred education and experience:

  1. High School diploma, Associates Degree or equivalent certification/experience.
