Jupiter Power is an energy infrastructure company focused on the development, construction, and operation of energy storage assets in wholesale electricity markets.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveofficecoordinatorto support ourgrowingAustin officeand ensure smooth daily operations. This will be atemporary, contractrole to start and will be on-siteatour Austin headquartersfor approximately 30 hours per week.Theinitialterm of the agreement will be120 dayswith thepossibly ofextension or conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuringtimelydistribution.
- Monitor and route communications received via the companys email, phone system, and fax line.
- Maintainaccuratetracking systems for mail and correspondence.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, promotional items, and snack stock.
- Partner with IT tosupport the onboarding and offboarding processes byensuringall workstations are equipped with necessary hardware
- Point person for office vendors,maintenance,and similar service providers
- Help coordinate company meetings, team events, and employee engagement activities
- Help ensurethat all employees adhere to office security guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of officecommon areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or similar experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
- Interest in the renewable energy or battery storage industry a plus
