Disguise is on the lookout for an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
General Purpose:
- Sales liaison between major retailer Target and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. Manage client accounts under direction of SVP of Sales to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients. Also assists with Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts as needed. Must be proficient in all areas of Excel (examples include VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Decision Making:
- Ability to retrieve and review complicated customer order, packaging and shipping requirements to determine course of action to ensure that Disguise is able to meet the requirements, and to follow the process through order fulfillment to avoid chargebacks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Senior Vice President of Sales approval needed for contract terms, negotiations, pricing and special requests.
Main Challenges:
- Working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Managing and delegating.
- Maintaining clear communication with all channels.
- Responding to sales and customer requests in a timely, expedited manner.
- Learning and keeping up to date on changes in Walmart Retail Link, Supplier Center and Target POL systems.
- Maintaining accuracy during peak season. Mistakes can result in large chargebacks
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Sales Administration / Sales Support / Analyst experience working with Target, 4+ years’ experience or related role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel (pivots, advanced formulas) Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with a top or mid-tier ERP system, Retail Link, Item 360, QMS
- Strong analytical abilities to identify problems, develop and implement solutions
- Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- An individual who demonstrates strong initiative and excels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
