Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer goals by conducting financial opportunity sessions with new and existing clients
- Offer tailored financial solutions through thorough fact gathering and needs analyses.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Comply with all applicable laws, FINRA regulations and company policies and procedures in order to serve clients’ best interests and enhance client satisfaction
- Meet individually with clients to determine their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
- Offer strategic advice on products and services, such as investments, insurance coverage and debt management tools
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow associates.
- Perform market research to stay current with financial trends
- Prepare financial documents such as income projections and investment reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Financial Advising experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in market development and networking.
- Effective presentation and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to personal and professional integrity.

- Full-time position
- 2 Location options: Hybrid in Riverside, Hemet, and Orange County or Remote based in Southern California
