Responsibilities:Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessaryProviding care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments.Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies and procedures, and standards.Mentor newly hired CNA's and participate in orientation activities
Schedule of field Specialist CNA:You must be available for any shift that STARTS between the hours of 7am-7pm.You must be available 5 days a week including 1 weekend day.
Compensation of field Specialist CNABase pay = $16-$18 per hour DOE.36 hours worked per week guaranteed. If scheduled to work less than 30 hours , you will be paid the difference at agreed upon rate.
Requirements of Field Specialist CNA:A current, Texas Certified Nurse Aide(CNA) certificationHigh school diploma or GEDCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMinimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required (unless participating in an approved Mentor Program)Valid Texas Drivers License with insurance and reliable automobileMust have Covid 19 VaccineMust be able to work in home environment with pets.Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
