Description Exit 4 Food Hall is the only food hall in Westchester with 9 food stations. If you have a passion for food this might be a great place to show your talent. We are open 7 days per weeks. Chef goals:
<ul>
<li>Learn restaurant 365, including ordering, hiring, scheduling, recipes.</li>
<li>Finalize all recipes and import into 365</li>
<li>Work on systems with owner to connect everything to get a daily, weekly and end of the month snapshot of the operation.</li>
<li>Work on menu to add and delete items that will increase business and profits</li>
<li>Food cost of 27 percent</li>
<li>Manage kitchen efficiency, safety and cleanliness</li>
<li>Communicate well and be respected by staff</li>
<li>Train staff to become better at their jobs</li>
