Job Description
We have been retained by our client, a growing Engineering Firm in the Atlanta, GA area, to find a Civil Engineer. This role will focus on managing and designing various infrastructure projects, including surveying, site planning, and utilities.
Duties
- Manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including site assessments, design, and construction oversight.
- Develop detailed civil design drawings and specifications for construction projects.
- Conduct surveys and investigations to map and understand physical site features and geological conditions.
- Apply standard and innovative engineering techniques to adapt designs to complex project requirements.
- Serve as a technical advisor, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing unique client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional engineering license with eligibility for licensure in other states.
- At least 5 years of experience in design and construction, with experience in military facility projects considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D; HydraFlow and Microstation a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
