ACCOUNTING CLERK
The Accounting Clerk position is responsible for gathering, preparing, and processing daily accounting documents and emails. They will be required to perform these tasks self-sufficiently with precision and accuracy in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Blacklidge Accounting Lead.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory pricing and processing
AR Invoicing
Reconciliation of daily bank work
General Ledger coding
Communication with internal personnel and external customers/vendors
Skills/Competency:
Must possess proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
2+ years of Accounting experience.
Have a professional appearance and speak in a professional manner.
Display effective time management and planning skills.
Attention to detail a must.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to work overtime when required.
Self-motivated and responsible individual with ability to manage time
Communicate with management effectively
