Salary:

Building WPC

  • Analyzes problems, identifies trends, and develops strategies to maximize claim process.
  • Recommends improvements for the department.
  • Creates, delivers and presents well- organized work.
  • Demonstrates self–awareness and commitment to requesting and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Manages the workload and productivity of front-line warranty processors.
  • Ensures that all warranty processors are adhering to client expectations as communicated in the sales set up sheets.
  • Organizes dealer coverage during administrators’ time off.

Building Knowledge and Expertise

  • Assists with manufacturer audits.
  • Assists with internal administrator audits.
  • Assists documenting process.
  • Draws conclusions or recognizes issues based on analysis and research.
  • Generates ideas and approaches to improve work processes and addresses problems.
  • Develops training programs for front line team members specific to the vehicle lines they will be servicing.
  • Demonstrates understanding of team concerns and issues, and assists with resolutions.
  • Demonstrates understanding of alternate viewpoints.

Building Clients

  • Works new account clean ups when needed.
  • Begins to network internally and/or externally to build contacts and relationships.
  • Responds appropriately to challenges and ambiguity.
  • Generates ideas and approaches to improve or solves client needs.
  • Position works closely with the Managers to ensure that all clients are on-boarded correctly, and that claims are processed correctly within 24-hours of receipt.
  • On-boards new client dealers to WPC’s policies and procedures.
  • Gathers all logins and information required for warranty processors to begin servicing clients.
  • Participates in a semi-annual customer service call to proactively seek opportunities to improve customer service.

Building Teams

  • Provides technical information and assistance to employees as needed.
  • Assists to train warranty processing team members.
  • On-boards and trains warranty processing team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to Administrators as needed to ensure a timely and smooth claims processing service is delivered to clients.
  • Coaches and develops their team.
  • Semi-monthly review and approval of staff’s hours in BambooHR to ensure administrator accurately reporting time worked for metrics and to ensure the administrator is maintaining proper work life balance.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
