We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the East Bay Area! You will evaluate patients, provide therapy, write reports, and supervise a COTA (if needed) in a clinical setting. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis
  • Provide in-person, clinic-based therapy
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Supervise a COTA (if needed) that helps clinic patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
  • Write clinical SOAP notes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
