Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage with our existing customer database to schedule HVAC maintenance visits. You'll be the friendly voice of Good Life Brands, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our software system. This includes details from paper files acquired during company acquisitions and updates to our existing database.
- Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed call targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when entering data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or data entry is a plus but not required.
