About The Role:
As a Sterile Injectable Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects specific to sterile and injectable pharmaceutical products. You will be entrusted with overseeing end-to-end project delivery within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage projects that enhance sterile product manufacturing and delivery systems.
This is a remote position – supporting customers virtually with rare travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee the development and implementation of projects related to sterile and injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost.

Skills Required:
- Proven track record of delivery with at least 3+ years in a project management role within sterile injectables or closely related field.
- Implement and adhere to industry-specific regulatory requirements and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues.
- Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills.
- High-caliber organizational skills (e.g., attention to detail, multitasking, etc.).
- Demonstrated strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to inspire and lead throughout all levels of the organization.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
