About The Role:

As a Sterile Injectable Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects specific to sterile and injectable pharmaceutical products. You will be entrusted with overseeing end-to-end project delivery within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage projects that enhance sterile product manufacturing and delivery systems.

This is a remote position – supporting customers virtually with rare travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the development and implementation of projects related to sterile and injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • communication across various departments and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and challenges.
  • project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • and adhere to industry-specific regulatory requirements and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • assess program risks as they are encountered and evaluate trade-offs between cost, time, quality, risk, and ultimately benefit, continuously managing the business cases of constituent projects and workstreams.
  • assess, and embed the right delivery methodologies, considering the project and business constraints.
  • a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost.
  • appropriate Program Management Best Practices throughout the project duration.
  • project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • and execute appropriate change and engagement plans to achieve necessary behavior changes in order to maximize benefits.
  • expectations and ensure that the decision-making of stakeholders happens in a timely and effective manner.

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of delivery with at least 3+ years in a project management role within sterile injectables or closely related field.
  • Implement and adhere to industry-specific regulatory requirements and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-caliber organizational skills (e.g., attention to detail, multitasking, etc.).
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to inspire and lead throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
